A Note of Thanks from Rocketrip CEO Dan Ruch
Friends of Rocketrip,
On this, the busiest travel day of the year, I wanted to take a moment to pause, reflect, and say thank you. When my co-founder Gillian and I launched Rocketrip last year, it was only an idea. We knew we wanted to build a platform that would motivate employees to make smart decisions on behalf of their companies and reward them for doing so. We saw opportunities in business travel that we wanted to tackle, both in the challenging way businesses manage travel and in the increasingly complex way road warriors rack up and redeem points.
What started as the seed of an idea is now proving to be a concept that employees and employers alike embrace, and we’re grateful to you for being part of this exciting journey. In the past year, we’ve seen $2MM in business travel booked over 2,000 trips. Employees have redeemed their Rocketrip Points for tens of thousands of dollars in gift cards and other valuable rewards. And we’ve been honored to receive fantastic press in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, TechCrunch, Inc., and many other established publications.
There’s a lot of work still to be done, and we’re committed to continuing to improve our platform and service. But today, we are pausing for a moment to be thankful. Please know how grateful all of us at Rocketrip are for your continued support, ideas, questions, and feedback. We wouldn’t be where we are today without you.
I’d love to hear from you as you continue to get to know Rocketrip, and if you know a company that could benefit from our offerings, I invite you to check out our referral program. We would love to expand our network and further our mission of making business travel personal.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours,
Dan Ruch
